Delivery Information

CLICK & COLLECT (SHEFFIELD HQ)
  • This is only available for customers who can pick up their order in person from our Sheffield Warehouse.
  • The warehouse is open Mon-Friday, 10am-4.30pm. Weekend collection is not available. Instructions will be sent by email, after completing your purchase.
  • Please do not arrive until you have received your dispatch email, this means your order is ready.
  • If you select this option, and can not pick it up you will be required to pay the additional shipping fee, as well as potentially delay the arrival of your order.
UK DELIVERY
  • Next Working Day delivery £5 (order before 3pm Monday - Thursday) Orders placed after Thursday at 3pm will be delivered on Monday. 
Please note:
  • Next Day delivery is only available to Mainland UK addresses.
  • Orders processed on Friday's will be delivered on the next working day which is Monday.
  • On bank holidays*, Next Day orders after 3pm Friday through to Monday will not be delivered until Wednesday. 
      WORLDWIDE DELIVERY
      • European tracked delivery is £20.00 and with this we cover all tax and duty costs.
      • Rest of the World tracked delivery is £10.00
      • We cannot accept responsibility for packages which get held up by customs offices, if you do not pay your fees in the required time the parcel will be sent back to us.
      • Please allow up to 21 days for delivery.
      • Customers ordering from Brazil please allow 50 days for delivery.
      • Customers ordering from Mexico should allow up to 30 days for delivery.
        Unfortunately we don't ship orders to the following countries: Belarus, Congo, Cote D'Ivoire, Cuba, Egypt, Eritrea, Guinea, Iran, Iraq, Liberia, Libya, Myanmar, Somalia, Sudan, Syrian Arab Republic, Tunisia and Zimbabwe.
        HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
        You will have receive a consignment number in your confirmation email.  You can use this number to track your order via the relevant courier websites:

        DO I HAVE TO PAY CUSTOMS/IMPORT TAXES?
        As of January 1st 2021, all orders to countries outside of the UK are liable for potential customs/import taxes by your country. You will be responsible for paying any fees incurred. We cannot predict what these might be so you may be better contacting your local customs office to find out more.

        If you have paid for our EU TRACKED & DUTY PAID shipping, then you won't have any further costs to pay.
        DO YOU DELIVER TO BFPO AND PO BOX ADDRESSES?
        Yes, we do! Just fill out your delivery address as usual.
