Collection is available from our Sheffield Warehouse. Once you receive your dispatch email, your order is ready to collect.

Mon-Fri: 10am–5pm
Saturday: 12pm–5pm
You can return items that you don't want for a refund within 28 days. Items must be returned in their original unworn, unwashed condition in any packaging they came in.

To refund your item follow these steps:
1. Head over to our returns portal
2. Follow the instructions provided within the online portal to complete your return request.
3. Once the team received your return your refund will be authorised

You can either have a full refund back to the original payment method or store credit for future purchases.

Please note any shipping fees and taxes will not be refunded.
Eligible customers can use Klarna, a payment provider that offers the opportunity for you to Pay Late or Pay in three instalments.

Ocassionally we will share discount codes to be used on our website, these can be entered on the Customer Information screen during the checkout process.
As long as your order has not been dispatched, you are able to cancel.
Please email our Customer Care team at info@horizonsupply.co with CANCEL MY ORDER in the subject line and your order number.
Our store will display prices in some local currencies, but all payments will process in £GBP. The payment will automatically convert at the current exchange rate when coming out of your bank.
We are very sorry that this can happen on rare occasions.

Horizon Supply Co is different merchandise that you will find on tour and operates as a completely separate business so unfortunately we can't assist with any issues with merchandise purchased at a show.

If you're unsure where you placed an order from just search your emails for an order number. If it starts with HS then it was placed on our website.
As a matter of policy, Horizon Supply Co does not accept any unsolicited designs. As a precaution to protect Horizon Supply Co against any liabilities in connection with, or arising from coincidental similarities to our current and future designs, all submissions that we do receive via info@horizonsupply.co or social media will not be reviewed by the design team and deleted from our customer care emails.
We aren't able to forward on any messages we receive digitally to the band. We recommend checking out their social media pages. However, we are able to pass on physical fan mail and art that is delivered.
