Collection is available from our Sheffield Warehouse. Once you receive your dispatched email, your order is ready to collect.

UK Delivery

Next working day: Delivery is £5.95

Order before 2pm Monday to Thursday for next working day delivery, orders after 2pm Friday arrive Monday or Tuesday (excludes bank holidays).

Standard Tracked (48): Delivery is £4.00, usually takes 2-4 working days. Orders placed after 2pm Friday or on weekends ship from the following Monday.

Worldwide Delivery

EU: European tracked delivery, we cover all tax and duty costs. 

Estimated delivery times: Typically arrive within 3–7 working days after dispatched.

Rest of World: Standard tracked delivered by your local postal provider, customs fees charged at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

3–7 days for the USA and Canada

Up to 14 days for South America 

4–10 days for Asia, Australia, and New Zealand. 

Customs and Duties 

Please be aware that local authorities may charge import fees or tax on Rest of World orders. These are not included in your order total and must be paid by you. 

We cannot accept responsibility for parcels held up by customs. If fees are not paid within the required time, the parcel will be returned to us. Please contact your local customs office if you have any questions.

How do I track my order?

Your dispatch confirmation email contains all your shipping information, including your tracking number and a direct link to track your order.

Do you deliver to BFPO and PO Box addresses?

Yes,  just fill out your delivery address as normal at checkout.

Please ensure you enter a valid zip code in your shipping address. If you don't have one, enter 000.
